1. go to www.mycollegeuniform.com or click college login on the salonweardirect home page
2. type in your college username (the 6 letter and number combination)
3. type in the password - this will open your college uniform list
4. this is your uniform set - select your size (see sizing chart if you are unsure of your size) and add to basket
5. time to accessorise! please select your optional items - don’t forget to grab your free eco bag!
6. continue to checkout - fill out your billing details (and delivery details if different)
7. finished - now just sit back, relax and wait for your shiny new uniform to arrive!

post or fax - get your form in!
1. have you got the correct form? you don’t want to be the odd one out! just double check
2. fill the blank boxes - student name (not your mum’s) etc
3. fill out your home and delivery details (if different)
4. your uniform set - fill out the sizes you require (see the sizing chart on page two if you’re unsure of your size)
5. time to accessorise! please select your optional items
6. postage - don’t forget to include postage, we want you to have it!
6. pg 2. fill out your billing details or write a cheque - make cheques payable to salonwear direct
